What does the process look like?

Working with me is simple and seamless.

First, reach out and share your creative service needs — whether you’re looking for content creation, photography, branding, or digital support. Together, during a free consultation we’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and project terms to ensure we’re fully aligned.

Once we begin, I handle all online work remotely or, for local Cape Cod clients, I can come on-site to capture photos or record content in person. After completion, I’ll deliver all final materials promptly and professionally.

What type of clients do you work with?

I work with individuals, small businesses, and brands looking to elevate their image through photography, marketing, and creative direction. Most of my clients are based on Cape Cod, but I also accept remote projects.

Can I book you for a one-time project?

Absolutely! I offer both project-based and monthly contracts to accommodate your needs. Each agreement clearly outlines the scope of work and deliverables. You have complete flexibility to decide how long you'd like to work together, whether it's a one time project, a single month, or several months staggered throughout the years. My goals is to provide creative services whenever you need it!

What if I am unsatisfied with the final product?

Before any project begins, we start with a detailed consultation to clarify your vision, expectations, and project requirements. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication and, when applicable, provide progress updates so you can request adjustments along the way. For smaller projects, I also offer revisions if needed. My goal is to stay aligned with your expectations from start to finish, ensuring the final result reflects exactly what you’re looking for.

How much does it cost?

Every project is supported by a clear contract, so you always know what to expect and allows you to choose which specific services you would like. This ensures clarity on scope, deliverables, and timelines.

For ongoing creative work, you can choose flexible monthly contracts — for example, one month of content creation providing 30–35 days’ worth of material. This allows you to hire me only when needed, without a long-term commitment. A contract can also be provided for a singular project such as creating a webpage for your brand.

Whether you want help establishing your brand presence or need full on-going creative support, I’m here to elevate your business at your pace and work with your budget.

How do payments work?

Once we’ve agreed on the project details and signed the contract, full payment is required upfront before work begins. Most projects are one-time contracts with a set fee based on the agreed scope. However, for ongoing maintenance or continued creative support—such as website upkeep or regular content creation—a monthly contract and or payment structure may be arranged. The payment terms will always be discussed prior and also outlined clearly in your contract before any work begins.

Your contract and invoice will include clear instructions for submitting payment online. We accept most major credit and debit cards through a secure third-party payment service. For local clients, money orders, checks, or cash are also accepted and may be delivered by mail or in person. To ensure a seamless experience, project start dates are scheduled within 10 business days after payment is successfully processed, based on the project’s scope and requirements to finalize details and setup.

Do you only work with businesses?

No! I offer services to both individuals and businesses. Whether it's personal/family branding, a resume, a personal webpage, social media management, etc. - I tailor each project to each client's individual needs.

Where are you located?

I'm based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and love supporting local cape and south shore businesses. However I also offer remote creative services for clients across the states and beyond.
